At Nourein, we take great care in creating every piece with attention to detail. We kindly ask that you review our exchange policy before placing your order.

Exchange Upon Delivery

We offer exchanges only at the time of delivery.

You’re welcome to try on your order before the courier leaves. If you wish to exchange any item, please inform the courier immediately. In this case, only the delivery fee will apply.

No Returns or Refunds

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any signs of wear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via support@thenourein.com or Instagram DM, including your order number and clear photos of the item. Our team will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
